Resourcing Group
In this weekly group meeting, we practice resourcing — the ability to return to a state of calm, safety, and support within yourself through embodied practice, relationships, objects, and nature.
UPCOMING GROUP DATESWhat is Resourcing?
In the middle of the chaos and triggers,
when life asks more than you have capacity for...
"There is a calm place inside your body that remembers who you are before the noise."
Resourcing is about returning to this place inside you.
It's not a retreat from life.
It's a simple homecoming.
Again and again.
In therapeutic terms...
Resourcing is the practice of mindfully guiding your nervous system back toward balance — using whatever already holds steadiness for you:
- a place inside your body
- an embodied practice
- a relationship
- an object
- a memory
- nature
It is less a technique than a homecoming you learn to trust.
As a result of resourcing, you might notice...
A quiet settling. A sense of being held by something larger than the moment.
Groundedness. Steadiness. A softening of the edges.
The reassurance — felt in the body, not just understood in the mind — that this place exists inside you, and that you can find your way back.

A Space to Practice
Think of this group as a practice space for resourcing — not unlike a yoga or meditation class, but tuned specifically to your nervous system.
Soften
Each week, we gently train the system to recognize safety. We practice the shift from contraction toward ease. We build inner and outer resources, rest without agenda, and let the body remember what it already knows.
Anchor
We repeat this until returning becomes more natural — something you can do not just here, but in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.
Return
Classes run once a week on Wednesdays for 90 minutes, 12:00–13:30. We alternate between two approaches: somatic and parts work.
You don't need to be in crisis to be here.
This space isn't reserved for the difficult seasons. You're welcome when things feel easy, when they feel impossible, and everywhere in between. What we're building isn't a coping mechanism for hard times — it's a capacity that quietly changes everything.
Your Facilitators
We are guides with deep therapeutic experience — and we are also human beings, continuously met by life's challenges, who use these practices ourselves, every day.

Embodiment
Visit WebsiteI bring a body-based, trauma-informed approach, grounded in presence, attunement, and relational awareness. I guide practices that support nervous system regulation through breath, movement, touch, and sensory awareness.
In spaces I hold I weave in expressive arts and ritual to give form to inner experience beyond words. I hold a pace that honours each person's capacity, with a strong focus on consent and co-created safety.

Integrative Parts Work
Visit WebsiteI bring a trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-work approach — woven together with mindfulness, guided visualisation, and a deep respect for what your nervous system already knows.
In this space, we soften the patterns that have long masqueraded as identity: the control, the overperformance, the roles you stepped into long before you had a choice. We make room for the fears quietly shaping how you move through the world — not to dissolve them, but to understand them. So that presence and safety can re-emerge, and you can inhabit who you already are with more authenticity, and more compassion.
Why Resourcing Matters for Healing
Trauma overwhelms. It asks more of the nervous system than it can hold — and without enough safety present, transformation cannot take root.
Resourcing builds that safety. Not as a concept, but as a lived, embodied experience.
In therapeutic terms...
When we try to process difficult material without resourcing capacity, we often find ourselves cycling through the same patterns:
- Overwhelm
- Shutdown
- Avoidance
- Reactivity
The integration we're reaching for stays just out of reach.
When resourcing becomes a genuine skill, something shifts.
You can meet what arises without being swept away by it.
You can feel fully, process deeply, and return to yourself — again and again.
You have the capacity to be present in your life with yourself and your loved ones.
You have the capacity to feel more joy, ease, and flow.
Why Resourcing Matters for Everyday Life
This isn't only for the therapy room. The capacity you build here quietly reshapes how you live.
Work & Focus
- Less overwhelm accumulating beneath the surface.
- More clarity when decisions feel heavy.
- The ability to reset — genuinely reset — in the middle of a demanding day.
Emotions
- You stop being carried away by them.
- You develop the capacity to move through what arises, to feel it without being consumed by it.
Relationships
- Less reactivity, more presence.
- The ability to stay connected to yourself — and to the other person — even when tension enters the room.
Sleep
- The body learns to let go.
- Thoughts settle.
- Rest becomes something you can actually access.
