Resourcing Group
In this weekly lunchtime group session, we practice resourcing - the ability to return to a state of calm, safety, and support within yourself with healthy tools such as embodied practice, relationships, objects, and nature.
UPCOMING GROUP DATESWhat is Resourcing?
In the middle of the chaos and triggers,
when life asks more than you have capacity for...
"There is a calm place inside your body that remembers who you are before the noise."
Resourcing is about returning to this place inside you.
It's not a retreat from life.
It's a simple homecoming.
Again and again.
In therapeutic terms...
Resourcing is the skill of mindfully coming into a balanced nervous system state using a resource:
- A place inside your body
- Embodied practice
- Relationship
- Objects
- Memories
- Nature
As a result of resourcing, you might feel...
A bit calmer, safer, steady, grounded
Connected, supported, nourished
Reassured that you can return there when things get difficult
Group Space Offering For You
This group works like a practice space for resourcing. We can compare it to a yoga or meditation class tuned to your nervous system.
Soften
We train the nervous system to recognise safety.
We repeat this until it becomes more natural in daily life.
Anchor
You don't need to be in crisis to come here.
We practice shifting from stress to more ease.
Return
Classes are run once a week on Wednesday for 90 minutes during lunch time 12:00-13:30.
You simply strengthen your homecoming capacity.
We rest and ground without intense process work. We alternate classes between two approaches - somatic and parts work. You are welcome to join when things are easy or difficult.
Your Facilitators
We are your guides with an integral therapeutic experience. And we are human beings, continuously challenged by life who use resources on a daily basis.

Kasia Kopanska
Embodiment
I bring a body-based, trauma-informed approach, grounded in presence, attunement, and relational awareness. I guide practices that support nervous system regulation through breath, movement, touch, and sensory awareness.
In spaces I hold I weave in expressive arts and ritual to give form to inner experience beyond words. I hold a pace that honours each person's capacity, with a strong focus on consent and co-created safety.

Valentina Manini
Internal Family Systems
I bring a trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-work approach, combined with mindfulness and guided visualisations, grounded in an understanding of our biological and human nature.
In this space, we soften patterns of control, overperformance, and roles that have long felt like who we are. We make room for the fears shaping how you move through the world, allowing presence and safety to re-emerge, so you can inhabit who you already are with authenticity and compassion.
Why Resourcing Matters for Healing?
Trauma and stress overwhelm our nervous system.
Transformation can only happen when there is enough safety present inside you, your environment, or the therapeutic container.
The practice of resourcing is the foundation of this basic safety.
In therapeutic terms...
When we try to process trauma without resourcing skills, we often loop in:
- Overwhelm
- Shutdown
- Avoidance
- Reactivity of the past
- Difficulty integrating the process
When skilled in resourcing, you might be able to:
Feel fully what needs to be experienced
Process what you feel and come out of it transformed
Stay connected to yourself and the world
Why Resourcing Matters for Everyday Life?
Resourcing is not only for therapy - it changes how we live.
