Preparation to feel safe and go deeper.
Integration to meet yourself fully.
Two monthly circles in Zürich for people already deep in healing work... so the depth you touch becomes the life you long for.
After 13+ years on my own path, and hundreds of people alongside me, I've found that the two things that make healing last are the two most often skipped.
1. Capacity.
The inner ground to stay with what rises, during the experience and long after. When it's thin, we fight it, flee it, or slip back into auto-pilot. When there's enough, we can receive what we found and tend to it with presence and love.
2. Integration.
Weaving everything that happened, across every process and every state of consciousness you touched, back into your day-to-day. The body. The mind. The felt sense of being you.
I created these two monthly spaces for exactly this.
One builds the capacity. One brings it all home.
We do SO much work.
Therapy. Meditation. Journaling. Books. Retreats. Breathwork. Sound healing. Relational containers. Inner journeys. Sometimes psychedelics, added to it all.
Underneath all of it lives one heartfelt, often painful wish.
To simply feel good.
To be gifted a sense of ease, rather than exhaustion.
To feel more joy and less overwhelm.
To feel less numb, and more present.
To have more clarity, direction, and purpose.
We know the way there means reaching whatever is hidden deep down, and healing it. But that becomes one more thing on the to-do list that never quite gets crossed off. The patterns come back. The understanding never quite changes how we feel.
The insights are very real and often mind blowing.
For a day, a week, sometimes a month, we can taste and experience a different way of being.
Until the numbness finds its way back, the way it always seems to.
Relationships get easier... for a bit. And then are hard again.
That bone-deep loneliness never quite shakes off for good.
The day to day of life seeps through... the auto-pilot switches back ON. And life as we know it is back.
Sometimes with that lingering feeling we are doing something wrong.
When something is missing and we can't name it... we assume it's us.
“Something must be wrong with ME.”
And so we push harder. We book the next thing. We go deeper.
Pushing creates resistance.
And resistance feeds the very thing we are trying to move through... until a wave we could have felt into becomes a wall.
Sometimes the system, wise as it is, simply shuts the whole thing down. Too much. Not now. Not like this.
There's one question we almost never ask (I know I didn't for most of my healing journey):
How much capacity is there to carry all this? To sit with it all?
Over the years, I learned that less is more.
A protected, sensitive system doesn't need more pushing through or brutal force. It needs safety, trust, and compassion. Give it those and it softens on its own, working with you and walking alongside you, instead of something to fight and break.
We don't necessarily need MORE deep work.
We need the capacity to actually receive the depth we have already touched. And we need to integrate what is already there, so the loose threads that never came together can finally rest, and the parts we have been carrying, all the time, can be witnessed and welcomed home.
What the mind understood. What the body carries. All of it woven into something that holds, until the felt sense of who you are, underneath it all, is finally integrated. A clear, solid sense of who you are.
Almost all our attention goes to the experience itself.
Too little goes to the container around it: the capacity before, the integrating after.
Resourcing builds capacity
In the middle of the chaos and triggers, when life asks more than you have capacity for, there is a calm place inside your body.
It remembers who you are before the noise.
A simple homecoming. Again and again.
We practice finding it through the body, through inner journeys, through parts work, until it stops being an idea and becomes a felt sense you can come back to.
The capacity to stay:
- Presence, where avoidance used to be the only option.
- Allowance, where everything in us learned to push back.
- Surrender, where staying never felt safe.
- The ground to remain with what rises, instead of bracing, fighting, or leaving your body.
Where everything comes together
Not the typical sharing circle. That's why I called it Depth Work.
You bring one loose thread. A moment that still comes back. A pattern that keeps showing up. An insight that never became a change in how you live.
And we work with it. Directly. Through the body, through parts work, with the mind as a resource rather than in charge.
but as a piece of you that came home.
Everything woven back:
- Into the felt sense of who you are.
- Into how you move through an ordinary day.
- Closing what is open, instead of opening more.
- Tending to what surfaced, instead of chasing the next experience.
Add both, and you realise you don't need MORE of anything.
You are already holding A LOT... just waiting for more capacity, and more tending.
The next dates
All sessions on Wednesdays, 12:00 to 13:30 · Gesundungsraum Zürich, Obere Zäune 14 · 12 places each
Is this only for psychedelic experiences?
No. These sessions are for depth work of any kind: therapy, breathwork, meditation, grief, life. If something in you resonates, you are welcome to join.
Do I have to share?
You choose what feels right for you. Some people share what touched them. Others listen and witness in silence. Some receive the work happening around them. All of it is welcome.
Which circle should I start with?
If you tend to get flooded, start with resourcing. If something is sitting open right now, start with integration. They belong together... one prepares the ground, one brings it all together.
