This is my version of a beautiful meditation in the Internal Family Systems Skills Manual.
It allows to explore your heart and notice how protective parts of you have hardened or modified aspects or areas of it.
It's a great meditation for beginners, who can get to know one of more protective parts in a natural and flowing way.
And it's a great meditation also for the more advanced, as each and every time new aspects show up... shifts and changes become apparent... wounds start healing...
