Stay Ahead in a Competitive Landscape

In a time where the demand for quick and proactive change in a competitive market coincides with an unprecedented mental health crisis, we require a paradigm shift from traditional cognitive tools to models capable of addressing the root cause of emotional distress and behavioral problems affecting productivity, collaboration, and adaptability.

Effective & Unbiased Decision Making

The biggest challenge executives face?
Making clear, confident, and optimal decisions while being under stress and dealing with internal and external conflicts.

I help decision makers resolve unconscious conflicts, enabling them to make decisive, self-assured, and rational choices.

85% of decisions are made subconsciously based on past experiences and ingrained beliefs.

Stress-induced emotional dysregulation further complicates decision-making, leading to internal conflicts, ambivalence, pressure, and not centered decisions.

"As human beings, we can only experience life emotionally”. - Brené Brown

Burnout - prevention, resolution, recovery

The biggest challenge organisations face?
Seeing their top performers and key roles disappear from one day to another, bringing with them knowledge, key processes, and competencies.

Specific individual patterns are connected to the tendency to burnout, such as a perfectionism, pleasing, or fear to communicate boundaries.

A 2021 survey shows that 50% of employees and 53% of managers feel burnout or on the verge of, also showing that few of them know what to do in order to go back to balance.

I help organisations and their people preventing, resolving, and recovering from burnout.

The challenges, problems and pressures that workers and their employers face today—and the new difficulties and issues they may face tomorrow and beyond—means there is not much hope that the international burnout crisis will end anytime soon. - Forbes 2022

Positive and Resilient Organizational Culture

The biggest challenge people face?
The internal conflict between life and work, the overwhelm coming from the many responsibilities calling for attention, and the stress of internal & external pressure.

Organizations capable of offering a Positive Organizational Culture in which the wellbeing of people is not just a mean to and end, but a core value, will naturally be ahead of the competition

I train change agents in the organisation (HR, coaches, leaders) to recognize the source of individual and relational problems, and to integrate activities and tools that support the emotional regulation, safety, and belonging needed to design and sustain a positive and resilient organizational culture.

The How

Evidence-based & effective Therapeutical Models and Tools that get to the roots

A crossover approach that recognises and addresses the different aspects of the human experience - emotional, behavioural, and physiological - and capable of resolving simple and complex internal or inter-relational problems at their roots.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is a highly effective model for understanding problematic patterns and their origins. It goes beyond guesswork and identifies underlying reasons behind behaviors and emotions, offering lasting change.

Grounded in evidence-based Systems Thinking, IFS supports individuals in understanding and resolving their internal dynamics, helps leaders uncover limiting beliefs and conflicts, fosters empathy and collaboration among team members, enables leaders to better understand their employees' needs, and provides a framework for addressing systemic issues within organizations.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT enhances psychological flexibility, enabling deliberate thought instead of impulsive reactions. It promotes problem-solving, decision-making, and handling uncertainty through perspective-taking and recognizing internal conflicts.

It provides practical activities for personal growth and taking ownership within the organization. ACT also aids in navigating change, adapting to difficult situations, and promoting values-driven behavior and effective communication.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

EFT is by large the most effective tool to reduce the intensity of overwhelming emotions, triggers, and avoidant behaviours (like procrastination) through a 10 to 20 minutes long process that calms down the nervous system, and allows for grounded and rational decisions to follow.

It is effective in a variety of ways and supports with effective and unbiased decision making, internal motivation and creativity, lowering feelings of overwhelm and stress, and increasing focus and concentration.

Altered States of Consciousness (ASC)

ASC supports organizations by providing opportunities for increased creativity, insight, problem-solving, and deeper interpersonal connection.

ASC refers to a range of mental states that differ from normal waking consciousness.
